If it wasn't necesary why include the cloth with the invitation cards to all the ex-presidents? Sometimes it is better to keep quiet when an indefensible act occur. The State Protocol Dept is always available to educate our new ministers on some of these protocols. It is a learning curve. They should however eschew pride and arrogance to learn in order to become better ministers to advise the president appropriately.

One has to take a closer look at Dr Hila Liman's fugu and draw conclusion to what I am acertaining. Wearing a sleeveless fugu by a Northern chief to a social function is unacceptable amkng their tribes so Mr. Hamid should advise his boss on our culture. I never liked the way Rawling wore a shirt under his fugu either. Fugu for higher figures are in tbe system. Kindly look for them and stop wearing casual fugu as a commoner.
