Hohoe District Hospital receives medical equipment

Hohoe, May 17, GNA- Mr. Ouro-Akondo Youssif, a postal service agent of the InHolland University in Diemen, the Netherlands, on Wednesday presented medical equipment to the Hohoe District Hospital, at Hohoe. They included four orthopaedic beds, four patient lockers and four visitor's chairs.

Mr. Youssif said the equipment were donated to him by the University Medical School, adding that the gesture marked the beginning of good things to come.

Mrs. Patricia Azumah, Matron of the Hospital commended Mr. Youssif for the initiative and appealed to individuals and organisations to assist the hospital.

In a related development, Mr. Youssif has also presented 33 steel chairs, to the English/Arabic Junior Secondary School at Hohoe-Adabraka and presented 88 of steel chairs to the Kotokoli Community in Hohoe-Zongo.
