COMING TO EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS BORROWED TO PAY GHANA'S ILO DUES IS NEITHER HERE NOR THERE. THE FUNDS WERE DIVERTED! Could or should YEA funds be used for such a purpose when graduates are idling about without jobs?
Yes, the Min. is supposed to provide some services for YEA, for which the latter should NOT receive more than 5% of YEA's fund. But has the Min. taken more than 5% already. YES! SO, WHAT'S THE EXCUSE FOR THAT?
When is the Min. repaying?
We should thank Manasseh for keeping the Minister on his toes and on the defensive. That's how probity is ensured in these parts called civilized countries.

Again, there was an instance Dr. M. Bawumia said because of Ghana's indebtedness African Development Bank she cannot get loan from the bank. politicians convinced the bank to issue a statement denying the claims but Kweku Baako came out with a copy of letter to prove Bawumia right.
Am devoid of political party so one should tag me to a camp. I only critize because I feel the heat as a Ghanaian and I believe that ruling governments would forever be better than successive governments because of a common attitude ingrained in us; SELFISHNESS and GREED.

Does it make sense for a Minister in a social democratic government who comes from a poverty stricken and kayaye infested North to spend such an amount of youth employment money on one trip in a country where some of the youth need less than 50 dollars to start a business? This govt and its Ministers are out of touch with reality and no longer understand the needs of the large numbers of rural and underprivileged folks who always follow them blindly.
