Learning is continual. You pass at one stage and fail at one stage. If you fail at one stage that means that you are below the belt in that level.

Assuming you have a degree and proceed to do master's. At the master's level, you fail all your papers. Do you think it's wise to let you pass just because you passed at degree level? Vertically no.
So those who fail in those subjects deserve sack.

I am teacher and I never write a reseat. I went to university and realised that there is easier though I offered a complete different course. Even there students are not sacked after failing a reseat paper unless one's GPA is ... read full comment
I am teacher and I never write a reseat. I went to university and realised that there is easier though I offered a complete different course. Even there students are not sacked after failing a reseat paper unless one's GPA is below minimal. Teacher trainees offer some times 10 subjects in a semester and is natural that our IQs are now the same and every educationists must appreciates.
