The corruption is all over because it is not being fought. Look at the National Service Scheme. They are still enjoying their LOOT and walking FREE. What kind of leadership is this?

I would't be surprised either when the insults start flying because we have a president who instead of using state funds for dev't would rather recruit foot soldiers to insult those who complain. Wow
