The blood of the innocent will never be washed away so these feeble bullshit attempts to shift the blame will never fly. Bull shit will kill you one day Mr Finance minister, that's what happens when you surround yourself with pepeni toilet carriers all day. How many projects have you and your cronies frustrated so that you can collect bribe money in advance ? In this particular case you are talking about the Conti group who paid up but what about the rest who didnt ? We know about the high rise project which included sewage and drainage systems for much of Accra and didnt cause debt or should we mention the railway project which also have the same together with optical cables and other infrastructure . We are aware of at least 4 other projects that would have solved this problem but under this NDC corrupt govt will never see the light of day . Yes we told you we have gathered evidence of your wickedness and cruelty together with your Anti Akan agenda and plan to release these facts to the media 2 to 3 months before the elections globally so when the time comes none of you will have anywhere to hide . Yes we have all the documents and data .We shall not only remove you from there but make sure you all go to jail . Ass for JJ we shall lynch him and hang him by his balls for all to see as he has no respect for his betters and talks shit about murdered mills .this ayigbe sorry ass attempt to back track on his stupid statements , some one should tell him stupidity is not considered constructive criticisms but is simple skinpain . Mils will always be the better man because he is a Fanti and Akan deep thinker and intellectual and JJ nothing but a yes sir masa bugu buga retarded idiot bastard. Bad luck and pestilence will be on our heads until we get rid of this pepeni/ayigbe menace

One of the reasons for having a department of government that supposedly grant construction license/permits is to approve associated designs (architectural and civil) The problem we have in Ghana is a throw back to the question which comes first; the chicken or the egg? There are people who build residential or commercial structures without a care for the very safety, health and security of intended/prospective human occupants and or storage items. They foresee profits and profit margins but fail to do their homework. If Ghanaians believe the government, past and present, have failed the people then why must anyone wise in Ghana depend on government to know and do the right things when it comes to our own property and or family interests? The lack of civic duty and responsibilities are at the root cause of our societal ills. How many times and or what will it take for Ghanaians, rich or poor, to look out for the well being of life? Pouring of lifetime earnings and aspirations into owning a home requires due diligence and one must not trust only contractors but their own historical lessons. Building in flood plains is akin to building near the path of volcano lava even if volcanic activity is presumed to be dormant; it's likely to blow. It is imperative we learn from history lest we perish from our folly. Building without adequate drainage systems is even worse; we have a government of men and women who are our representatives thinking and acting like each of us. They have no care for community interests but for self enrichment. It is our individual responsibility to do what safety dictates when it comes to where we live with our families or operate business.
