Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. This is at the core of the testimony of the EC chair that he only ordered two sets of pink sheets. I am not sure whether you watched what happened on Wednesday. It will be a shock if the Supreme Court believe the EC version of this issue. The behaviour of the EC chair and all respondents' counsel told the whole story.

Unfortunately it is the EC's conduct and explanations that falls short of the standards expected.
