The NPP cannot push for a new voters register, because the Supreme Court has ruled that there is nothing wrong with the current one. The NPP and its surrogate LMVC has caused an innocent young man called Justice to lose one eye when they marched to demonstrate at the EC premises to vandalise equipment. During the pandemonium that ensued with the police, the young man lost one eye. Nana Akufo Addo the flag bearer of the NPP, quickly rushed to the shop and bought him a replacement eye! BRAVO NPP.

NPP stated that 10% of verification they made in the Volta Region proved that there are about 76,000 Togolese on the voters' register in the Volta Region, that was last year. To date NPP is yet to provide evidence about the remaining 90%. Yet they are shouting at roof top that they have conquered Volta Region. NPP like its predecessors never recognised Volta Region as part of Ghana. We have not forgotten "Apollo 13" era where all Ewes in top positions in the civil service were sacked by the Progress Party led by Dr. Busia. Victor Owusu once said in parliament that the People of the Volta Region are "inward looking". In the run up of the 2012 lections, Akuffo Addo at a rally at Sogakofe stated that the People of the Volta Region are "oneway people" which implied that they are mad. These are some of the compelling reasons why NPP must be rejected in the Volta Region.

What Bawumia and the NPP asked in August last year about the Voters Register. May be compared to a Ghana Government, complaining about a bloated government payroll. I do not see why reasonable adults should worry about such a complaint. Besides, all sides in the electoral contest, including the EC, have mentioned one time or the other that the current Voters Register is bloated. To put the records straight, Dr. Bawumia and the NPP took a step further to directly accuse the EC of holding on to a flawed Electoral Register. They were emphatic in their claim that the register contained about 76,000 names of Togolease nationals, some minors and people who are dead. Also, in some constituencies, especially, along the boarder towns, the registered numbers could not be supportered statistically. Instrinstically, the voters register which will be used for the 2016 national elections, has close to 241,000 names which the EC claimed, were names captured in its overseas registration prior to the 2012 elections. To date, the EC have not been able to explain how they came by this figure. The EC have on numerous occasions clearly show, it has no intention to defend its integrity. A credible State Institution worth it's salt, would have summoned Dr. Bawumia and the NPP to show cause why they should not be charged for perjuring a State Institution. The EC acted with dispatch however, in the recent Dr. Bawumia alledged verification at Walewale.Therefore, the NPP current stand on their pursuit for a new register, may be based on the collaborated plan by the EC and an interested political party, to frustrate the NPP cause to a point, where there will be no reasonable time left before election 2016.

Now tell me,why is Bawumia not providing the names of all the foreigners on our voters register to the EC for deletion if he is serious?
You must know that EC is working within the laws of the country,it doesn't make its own laws.Now listen,if NPP is frustrated it means they don't have any effective campaign strategy to win élections.To make long story short,will NPP accept the 2016 results if NDC wins?

He won on his second attempt. Prof Mills accepted defeat twice to j kuffour and he won on his 3rd attempt. Akufo addo has never accepted defeat in his previous loss. Divine law is gonna will deal with akufo addo this is this election 2016. He will perform worst than the previous attempts. Ghana will be at peace once again.

I am wondering what NPPs campaign manager, Peter McManu is doing to ensure that Ghanaians don't get shocked and disappointed in the December elections. So far the voters exhibition and deletion process has not been very encouraging; there are widespread irregularities on the part of the EC that needs to be addressed. I am also wondering if the NPP campaign manager knows the number of registered Ghanaians captured in EC's files or data? Instead of fighting for a brand new voters register, he watched helplessly by the stands while the NDC and the EC twisted people's arms. It's as if the elections ahead is a done deal. Hmmm! The fact is that some NPP leaders won't take any advice: they frown on people's suggestions for vital actions to be taken, concerning the coming elections.
