(2) Rather the TV presenter should be making her case on the basis that the alleged RAPE victim said NO!. She did not consent before or during the ACT. Hence NO! means NO!

Based on Akosua's theory, every sexual act will be classified as rape because obviously one of the two partners will have a slight advantage over the the other because of the disparity in their status. I'm not disappointed in him because he allegedly raped the victim but because even if she consented to the act, he slept with a girl young enough to be her daughter. that's a shame to fatherhood, when he gets the chance to speak on this issue again he should do so with remorse and not the arrogance he is showing.
