Dubai-based Ghanaian social media personality and forex trader, Kojo Forex, has responded to a follower who cautioned him about the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) after he shared a video flaunting stacks of cash.
The follower, reacting to the video, warned Kojo Forex that even people who had done nothing wrong could potentially face scrutiny from authorities.
“Masa… EOCO dey oo, you may be clean, but they can still stress you,” the follower commented.
In a video shared on social media on August 28, 2026, Kojo Forex responded to the comment, insisting that people should not automatically associate financial success with illicit activities.
“Number one, I don’t live in Ghana with you guys. Number two, why would anybody stress you if you’re doing the right thing?” he said.
Kojo Forex criticised what he described as a mindset influenced by people who have been involved in fraudulent or illicit activities.

“You guys have been mentally derailed and also influenced by people who have gotten themselves involved in illicit and fraudulent stuff. You think everybody that’s doing well must be entangled with those types of cobwebs?” he questioned.
He urged people to think independently and avoid assuming that anyone displaying wealth must have obtained it through illegal means.
“Think for yourself, and once you know that you’re doing well, there’s nothing to be scared of,” he stated.
Kojo Forex also compared the amount of money displayed in his video to the sums he alleged are being misappropriated by politicians.
“That money is a tiny bit compared to what the politicians are actually stealing from you, so think,” he added.
