Those the writer discusses here were films that were not only local but international. Kwaw Ansah's Love Brewed In African Pot for instance were shown in some cine-halls in Germany.
I watched that film several times because of one dude I knew who featured short in the film in a boogie scene. His was then at Legon was called Afrane.
