  My sister, this world is a battle field. Life in itself is a war and only the strong ones win the battle. What happened to you is part of this battle you have to win at all cost with your emotional strength. It was not due to your fault that this sad incident happened to you. You have a supportive husband and you can not afford to disappoint your good husband who is giving you all the support you need to win the battle. Be strong and rise above this trauma. Give thanks to God that you are still alive even after this ordeal and take few lessons from this unfortunate incident and put it behind you. Focus on God always and think more about security of your movement and your environment so that by the grace of God, you do not get into similar situation. May the Lord be with you and your family.

  Unfortunate as it is, it has happened..Go for a jog every morning, at least most mornings to recover you mood, strength, and health. Take your husband along if he can/wants to.

  Stay focused on the positive sides of.life; that you are not dead but alive and can make it to all your dreams and goals nonetheless.
  
  But note that a pastor probably wont help you.
