I'll agree and support this innovation if a river flows directly from Kumasi into the sea then you can dredge it which automatically becomes a canal for convenient passage by boats and ships like the Rhein in Deutschland,the Donau or Danue and many rivers across the globe. Please out with new ideas because this is mission impossible.

  What is wrong with this nice idea. Are we not in this country when Akufo Addo said 'we are sitting on money but we are hungry '? So if God willing Chiddar comes in to utilize the resources to do this, then you should be applauding him. As for Black Raster, he has nothing to offer than insults and PHDs. He cannot do but will discourage you big time. We need new force to rally behind to liberate us from this routine NPP, NDC.
