In my view when j buy a plot of land to build my house on it should be for life freehold.

The entire site had been demolished for years. What were you waiting for calculating the loss claim instead of relocating. You knew very well that with the expiration of your tenancy, and the entire site under excavation and underground works for utilities this was the endgame. Any further delay will cost the developers to much so your dome will have to be removed. And you will place an injunction to start the new battle for $25m compensation, making more money for a dead project. Let him tell us how much in total he has paid as rent to date.
