It’s bcos Ghana uses a flat rate on the gross income which doesn’t need to take account of expenses where as the UK uses a rate on the net income after expenses

GRA is Just ripping people Off only to pay their lazy workers. Where is Mr digitalisation Here. Lazy workers, Go and Farm.
Pay your damn taxes to Ghana. You want stuff for free in Ghana but happy to pay the white man in abroad? Ghana need the revenue. People want things free in Ghana. Pay your dues like you pay to the racist white man.
