As leader of the party he ought to have held a NEC or such meeting .
Its his choice to decide whether he is retiring from politics or not but it is not his prerogative while he is leading the party when he was voted for by party people to do what he has done for himself.
He claims the party didn't support him in the last election so he should resign.
He has been flagbearer five wasted times yet he didn't build the party over the years.
