Pathfinders of Toronto Ghanaian SDA Church thrill Akufo-Addo with marching drills

The well-trained youth of the Toronto Ghanaian Seventh-day Adventist Church ‘Fa Nyame’ Pathfinders Club had the opportunity to perform their fantastic marching drills to welcome the President of Ghana, H. E. Nana Dankwa Akufo-Addo to Toronto on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the spacious premises of the Toronto Ghanaian Presbyterian Church.

The President who was an official invitation by the Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau to a Conference in Vancouver stopped at Toronto to address the Ghanaian community there.

The Pathfinders precisely marched to the tune of the President’s favourite twi song-Asem papa bi a-provided their band.

A huge crowd of Ghanaians living in Greater Toronto Area showed up at the meeting addressed by the President. Those present included chiefs and queen mothers, the clergy, ethnic as well as professional associations, businessmen and the youth.

The meeting was hosted by the Ghanaian Canadian Association of Ontario (GCAO) in collaboration with the Ghana High Commission in Canada.
