Virginia based Ghanaian broadcaster to be honored at the 7th annual 3G Awards

3G Media proudly announces that Virginia based Broadcast Journalist; Emmanuel Kusi Mensah, popularity known as Kusi Mensah Capito will be honored at the 7th Annual 3G Awards in NY.

He joins other nominees who have already been published in the news and they are;; Apostle Dr. Owusu Bempah, Prophet Agyemang Prempeh, Movie Star; Vivienne Achor, Willie & Mike, Pat Thomas and others to be mentioned.

Currently, he is the Host of an entertainment show on Virginia based Highlife Radio called 'Variety Night'.

His show has been recognized by the Ghanaian community as a "stress reliever" because patrons always have something to laugh about after a long and stressful week. Aside radio, Kusi is also a lead actor in a YouTube and Facebook comic/drama series known as the 'Koomsons' which is also produced by Highlife Media.

The series is also designed to entertain Ghanaians, especially diasporans. He plays the role of ' Anafo' where he again puts smile on people's face with his antics on the screen.

Kusi started his broadcasting career as far back as 2001. Interestingly, he did broadcasting in his entire working life in Ghana until he moved to the USA for family reasons. He became the Assistant Editor of Sports at Adom and Asempa FM where he worked for 8 years as a Broadcast Journalist. His role in the team earned them several awards and nominations in both the Ghana Sports Journalists Awards and the RTP Awards both in Ghana.

The 3G Media Awards ceremony 2017 is in recognition of exceptional leaders and their contributions to the Ghanaian and Global communities.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Pak Banquet Hall, 4229 Park Avenue Bronx, NY, 10pm to 4am. Tickets; $75 VIP Advance, $100 at the Door, Regular; $30 Advance, $40 at the Door.
