Message Of Condolence from Ghanaian Students Association-Donetsk

Death, as Shakespeare said is a necessary end, but the timing can never be right.
With a heart, heavy with sorrow, we, the Ghanaian Students in Donetsk-Ukraine, send this message to the Republic of Ghana.
We would like to express our sincerest sympathies to the Family, the government, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the entire nation on the loss of a brother, a father, a mentor and an inspirer, His Excellency John Evans Atta Mills.
No amount of words can dull the pain and no amount of tears can undo what has happened, it is our prayer that the Good Lord who called him will keep him and that his soul will rest in perfect peace.
To the First Lady, Mrs. Ernestina Naadu Mills, take heart, to lose a lifelong companion is to lose a part of oneself, we pray God grant you strength through these turbulent times.
To the Nation, let this misfortune tune our minds and heart to one of the late Presidents virtues, Peace, It’s a time for all of us to come together as one and console each other and help each other move through this unprecedented mishap.
May God bless our homeland Ghana and make our nation great and strong, bold to defend forever the cause of freedom and of right. Fill our heart with true humility, make us cherish fearless honesty and help us to resist oppressors’ rule with all our will and might forever more. Amen
