HISTORICAL MOMENTS IN GERMANY
There were some historical moments that occurred in Germany and it is worth sharing the unprecedented global support for the Black Stars. Many European fans dressed in the Ghanaian flag, wigs painted in red, gold and green, cheeks painted with the Ghana flag. Ghana Black Stars tickets for the game and merchandise was the talk of the event.
Three Germans dressed in customized designer suits in red, gold and green during the Ghana-Italy match. The Hanover Police taking a joint photo with the chanting Ghanaian fans which was spotted by some journalists from a local newspaper who saw the moment as unprecedented and decided to feature, this hot story in the next morning edition.
Ghana-Brazil match – There were Brazilians approaching Ghanaians and begging for a jersey/hat swap. It was a great moment as Ghanaians have come afar to reach this limelight.
