Youngafest 09 in Full Effect @ The Big Apple

Bronx, NY It was the year 2008, in the month of June, a young dreamer, visionary and anointed young minister; Steve Adarkwah and his group organized a festival for the youths of America in New York called; Youngafest and it successfully became a movement for the G. A. N. G. (God's Anointed New Generation).

For those young people who are struggling and thinking; can life get any better?Those who are running away from hope and thinking; Has God forgotten about us? Well here is the pain relieve medicine for you; JESUS at Youngafest 2009.

YoungaFest '09 is scheduled for June 27th, 2009 from 6pm @ 4262 3rd Ave. Bronx, N.Y, 10457 (off 178st & Third Ave.)

Youngafest is sending the anointed shock wave of the Holy Spirit across the globe with its new G.A.N.G. (God's Anointed New Generation). It has made it possible for many youth from different churches, organizations, and the streets apart come together as one body, and work towards one goal (United we stand, together we build).

The Theme: “United We Stand, Together We Build”

According to Minister Adarkwah; The Ministry of YOUNGAFEST, its vision and core purpose is to save our young generation by shining the light on topics which is being avoided in our churches today. We are not a church; we are the body of Christ, and the instruments of His calling.

God is able to bring many youth together with one mind and one purpose to fight for the Church. Youth from Christ Pentecostal Int'l Church, Acts of the Apostles Ministries, All Nations Under One God, Youth Redeemers, United Ghana Methodist Church, and many more benefit from this ministry.

What is featured in Youngafest

A forum for discussions will be created among the youth led by NYC community activist; Dr. Jimmy Bostic, on pertinent issues of concern such as; dealing with gang violence, STDs & HIV/AIDS, peer pressure as well as sharing of information on educational resources from which the youth can benefit.

God is creating a generation of faith. A generation which is not moved by what they see, hear, and touch. We are not moved by the reports of the doctor, but rather moved by every word of God. We believe God is supernaturally using young people for this end time, and we are blessed to say it is a privilege to work for the LORD.

It is a moment where we encourage those who have a heart for the kingdom business to stand up and be a blessing by sowing a seed or partnering with us to spread the Good News.
