Virginia Chapter of NDC congratulates NPP

The executives and members of the Virginia Chapter of the National Democratic Congress, NDC, wish to congratulate the NPP for their successful congress and electing a strong opposition leader as was stipulated in NDC’s message to the delegates at the congress.

The NPP delegates in particular and Ghanaians in general have demonstrated that money does not necessarily win elections. In fact the delegates have heeded the advice of the NDC representative at the congress, to elect a strong opposition leader, since a strong opposition is good for our infant democracy.

Since is it obvious that Ghanaians are going to vote on issues and Akufo Addo has being in government for almost 8 years but have achieved virtually nothing, the obvious choice to redeem Ghanaians from their present predicament is Prof Atta Mills who had achieved a lot in as few as 4 years that he was in government.

Congratulations once again and long live the Ghanaian democracy and the 2009 main opposition party, the NPP!
