President Mahama Not Fit To Rule Ghana - NPP-USA.

NPP-USA: CORRUPT AND INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT MAHAMA AND NDC-NOT FIT TO RULE GHANA

Despite the vague but “tasty” promises of a “Better Ghana Agenda” the
NDC has plunged Ghana into interminable social, economic and political
devastation as a result of its leadership incompetence and corruption.
The NDC made deceptive and succulent developmental promises of
unprecedented job creation, zero-down corruption, improved education,
health and security systems to Ghanaians, and the people entrusted
them with their destiny but the NDC has woefully failed us. At the
time of oil boom, increased revenues from cocoa, gold and other
mineral resources coupled with the astronomical increase in taxes, and
reckless borrowing, Ghana today experiences reverse development
through gross leadership incompetence of the Mills/Mahama
administration. NDC’s “unprecedented achievements” of high cost of
living, massive unemployment, massive corruption among government
officials, poor educational and health systems, hostilities across the
country, armed robbery, politics of insults, selective justice are
manifestations of NDC’s failed leadership, yet it continues to use
infantile propaganda to lie to the suffering masses of Ghana.

The woes of Ghanaians have worsened by continuing corruption and
thievery by the NDC reflected in the Woyomegate that culminated in the
hurried removal of Martin Amidu, the former Attorney General, from
office for revealing NDC’s gargantuan scheme of looting the state.
President Mahama himself is neck deep in corruption. The STX housing
deal with the Koreans was his first major deal. We all know what
happened to it. In the end, not a single house was built yet the
Koreans are demanding $17 million from Ghana as money they lost in the
deal. To whose pocket did that money go? Next was the Brazilian
Embraer jet deal. That deal fell through because the Brazilians backed
off due to excessive demands for bribes by their Ghanaian counterparts
– led by John Dramani Mahama. Then there was the Cuban scholarship
scheme that has been free to 250 Ghanaian students since 1983.
Mysteriously Mahama wanted to charge the nation $75 million for it. It
took the Cuban Embassy posting on its website that the program is
still free to prevent the looting of our nation’s coffers.

President Mahama is involved in another scandalous deal. The deal
awarded to Huawei in September 2011 involved the awarding of a
contract totaling $150 million for the execution of an e-governance
platform project in the country. In addition to this, the NDC secured
a parliamentary waiver of custom duties, VAT, EDIF (Export Development
& Investment Fund) and ECOWAS levies; destination inspection fees,
withholding taxes and other charges amounting to $43,041,816.50 on
goods and services to the Chinese firm for the project.

Meanwhile, there is mass youth unemployment and the Cedi, Ghana’s
currency, in the midst of oil, is on the free fall. The world-renowned
economist, Dr Bawumia, revealed to Ghanaians the true abysmal state of
Ghana’s economy and was vindicated by the IMF and Bloomberg’s
observations. The head of the IMF delegation, Christiana Daseking,
expressed concern on Ghana’s declining economy particularly the rising
cost of living, official corruption, the falling value of the cedi,
escalating imports compared with our exports, rising prices of goods
on the market, and the growing deficits, when she met with the NDC
leadership. Bloomberg reported that Ghana's currency has depreciated
the most against the dollar this year in Africa after Malawi’s kwacha.

NDC’s leadership incompetence has trickled down to other spheres of
Ghanaian lives. Our educational system currently faces a serious
crisis. The unprecedented mass failure of students at all levels of
the educational sector, the frequency of strike actions and
demonstrations by teachers and the collapse of the school feeding
system institutionalized by the NPP reflect the destruction of Ghana’s
educational system by the NDC. The health sector has similarly
suffered from NDC’s incompetence. The NDC government has run down the
National Health Insurance and collapsed the Free Maternal Care for
expectant and nursing mothers established by the NPP under President
Kufour.

The NDC is plagued with an internal Armageddon reflected in the
formation of the NDP due to accusations of corruption, incompetence,
mediocrity and moral decadence by their founders Mr. and Mrs.
Rawlings. This is a manifestation of a decadent party that has lost
credibility among its own members. Disunited, corrupt and morally
decadent NDC lacks the moral justification to demand the right to be
entrusted with the social, political and economic destinies of
hardworking Ghanaians in the December 7 elections. President Mahama
and the NDC have moral and trust deficits with their own members and
Ghanaians and are therefore not fit to rule.

Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP offer Ghanaians a hope for a better
future. Nana has unequivocally stated that his goal is to provide
transformational leadership and help build a prosperous society, which
creates opportunities for all its citizens. Some of his visionary
policies include free and quality SHS education, which the clueless
NDC debunks as utopian. One wonders why a President Mahama who
benefited from free education despite his privileged background could
slam this door of opportunity behind him denying the youth same
opportunity.

Fellow Ghanaians, Ghana is at the crossroads, we need determined,
courageous and visionary leaders to take bold actions to redeem Ghana
from the clutches of social, economic and political devastation that
the NDC has bedeviled Ghana with. Nana Addo offers this leadership and
it behooves Ghanaians to seize this opportunity to develop Ghana in
peace. Nana Akufo-Addo believes that when you walk through the door of
opportunity you don’t slam it behind you and prevent others,
especially the needy majority, from entering. Nana Addo and the NPP
believe in investment today prosperity tomorrow. As often stated by
Nana Addo, success is not how much money you make but the difference
you make in people’s lives.

Doing the impossible is the history of this great nation Ghana, as
reflected in earning the accolade as the doyen of Africa’s
independence, democracy and an island of peace. If Ghana has achieved
these unequalled heights, then surely we can give our children the
opportunity to achieve the Ghanaian dream. THE NDC IS NOT FIT TO RULE
GHANA. PRESIDENT MAHAMMA AND THE NDC LACK VISION AND THEY ARE TOO
PESMISTIC. VOTE FOR THE NPP FOR DEVELOPMENT IN PEACE IN GHANA.

LONG LIVE GHANA!!!!!
