Our NDC UK and Ireland PRO’s Rejoinder lacks credibility

NANA KONADU FOR 2012 UK GROUP

Our attention has been drawn to a rejoinder by Mr Alex Seshie Vanderpuiye, Public Relations Officer of the NDC UK and Ireland ridiculing the level of support that Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings has among NDC members in the United Kingdom and also among NDC members living on the European mainland. Mr Vanderpuiye cannot hold himself to know every NDC supporter and sympathiser in the UK neither can he hold himself to have monopoly over NDC members and supporters in Europe. The last time we checked we were even wondering if Mr Alex Vanderpuiye even existed as a PRO for NDC UK and Ireland as he has never done anything major to enhance the fortunes of NDC in the UK since he took office .It has been the likes of Prince Kassim, our Branch Secretary, the Chairman Horace Nii Ankrah, and others who have been speaking for the party. Where has he been over the last 2 years? Talk about a dinosaur waking up from his sleep! It had to take severe criticisms at an executive meeting to force him to do his job . We suggest he should go to the salon, paint his nails or get a pedicure . There is one thing that Mr Vanderpuiye and others who think like him should know. You never know the human beings state of mind .The mind of a person is really fascinating. The fact that many people including our party executives up and down the country made noises to endorse President Mills, may not necessarily mean they are going to vote for him. Our political arena is full of interesting characters otherwise some of the people who were seen parading with President Mills, when he was picking his forms, or some of the people making noises in the press will not be calling Mrs Rawlings in the middle of the night pledging their support and praying for her to win or calling the founder Ex President Rawlings and begging for forgiveness. Not everyone is willing to show their hand but we understand and sympathise. We advise Mr Alex Vanderpuiye to read what our good brother Mr Mike Dokosi, Editor of the Daily Post wrote about the turncoats who were parading around President Mills, then he will get a better understanding of what real politicking is about. We will continue to campaign for Mrs Rawlings to become Party Leader and Presidential candidate and nobody can stop the change that is coming. Mrs Rawlings is not in it to make up the numbers neither is she complacent or aware of the tough task facing her. The delegates may number 50,200,1000,2000,3000 or even 1 million. Through hardwork and determination, the main result at the end will be the rebirth and salvation of the NDC from oblivion with Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings as leader and Presidential Candidate for 2012,the ending of the the Mills/ Ahwoi grand agenda to transform NDC into CPP , and the restoration of the party to the ideals of May 15th,June 4th and 31st December.
