NPP UK Congratulates NPP USA

NPP have sent a message of congratulations to NPP USA on their recent congress at which Mr. Kofi Antwi Boateng was elected Chairman with a new executive committee.

The message signed on behalf of the branch by its Chairman, Mr. Hayford Atta-Krufi stated that “the members and executives of NPP UK are thrilled to hear of your election as the Branch Chairman of the NPP USA”. “I, on behalf of the NPP (UK & Ireland Branch) and on my own behalf, welcome you and your entire executive into office. Congratulations and well done to such a high office of our great Party.

You have all been elected into office at a very crucial time, where we face the challenges of a Party in government and towards the run up to the 2008 general elections. We will have to deliver that election – that is our straight-forward task. This is a personal and collective challenge and no stone must be left unturned in achieving this benign and noble objective. Ghana needs the NPP to remain in power if we are to bring the long-lasting development our country needs. History will judge us harshly if we do not fulfil this.

Our mission therefore is to develop and implement a coherent plan for building an effective broad based party organisation and structure, based on inclusive leadership, vision and purpose. Our focus is to achieve growth and to harness our collective potential to position the NPP to deliver sustainable economic and social development for Ghanaians at home and abroad, making us the natural party of Government.

We of the NPP (UK & Ireland Branch) will closely work with you and your executive in ideas and policy formulation to assist our national executive in delivering a positive message and vision that will certainly win us he 2008 Elections. This is our time.

We will be in contact with you again, so we are able to discuss these issues into some detail, especially the role that the Diasporan Party can support in the delivery of victory in 2008

Have my very best wishes and warm regards.

Yours in the service of the Great Elephant

Sincerely,

Hayford Atta-Krufi (signed) Chairman NPP (UK & Ireland branch)”
