Ghana’s Envoy To The UK At ...

...Event To Mark The Birth Of Prophet Muhammed
H.E. Mr. Isaac Osei, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the UK was among special dignitaries invited by the United Muslim Organisation (UMO) (UK) and EIRE for this year’s special event to mark the birth of Prophet Muhammed.

Mr. Osei extended the warmest congratulations of the President, H.E. Mr. J.A. Kufuor and people of Ghana to the organisation. He hoped successful anniversaries would galvanise the organisation in its search to improve the quality of life for the rank and file of its members and mankind.

Alhaji Ahmed Jumba, Chief Iman of the Ghana Community in the UK, thanked Mr. Osei and staff of the Mission for their participation, the first time in the history of their organisation. He extended the organisation’s best wishes to the Government and people of Ghana in its task to create a just and prosperous society for Ghanaians.
