Christmas Message from NDC - Virginia

Christmas Message to the government and the People of Ghana:
NDC - Virginia

Christ is the reason for the season. As the year 2010 is gradually and steadily rolling to a close, the NDC Virginia Branch, USA, wishes the NDC Government lead by his Excellency Professor John Evans Atta Mills, His wife Mrs.Naadu Mills and the good people of our dear Ghana Merry Christmas, Peaceful, Productive, Prosperous and Happy New year.

We also want to wish the founder of our great NDC party, President Jerry John Rawlings, His dear wife Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings and their children our best wishes of the season.

We join our compatriots back in Ghana and the world over to give thanks and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ for the tremendous progress and success chalked by our Government and the people of Ghana in the year 2010. We pray that God will continue to bless the Government and the People of Ghana in the coming years. We also pray that He will continue to grant the President, His Vice, and Members of the Council of State, Ministers of State, Members of Parliament, The Judiciary, the Chiefs and all in positions of trust, the wisdom to rule our dear country like King Solomon of old. Amen

As the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ symbolizes Peace, Love and Unity, we urge all Ghanaians to be peace loving and unite behind the President and the Government to deliver the BETTER GHANA AGENDA to the benefit of all Ghanaians, irrespective of political affiliation, religion, creed, race or tribe.
In all our dealings, we must always remember to put our dear country, Ghana, first.

NDC Virginia wishes to use this opportunity to ask our leaders to be ready at all times to give accurate accounts of their stewardship. Probity, Accountability and Integrity must be our watch word.
It is our fervent prayer that the good Lord will continue to direct the path of his Excellency President John Atta Mills and the NDC Government to deliver on the party’s manifesto and the campaign promises to the delight of all Ghanaians.
We also appeal to the opposition to be objective and nationalistic in their criticism and be able to offer credible alternatives to the benefit of the country and not just criticizing for political expediency.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!

Daniel Kwasi Dotse,
Chairman,
NDC Virginia
