African Diaspora Housing Show

The Permanent Mission of Ghana to the United Nations in United States of America in collaboration with the State Housing Company Limited and their partners present the 2013 Ghana Housing Show on 5th October 2013 in New York, and 6th October in New Jersey.

The show is being organized by Property Express Group in the spirit of Private Public Partnership Venture (PPP) to market and educate Diasporas and Investors of what Ghana has to offer in the housing industry.

The show dubbed “Ghana Housing Show” is intended to afford both Ghanaian and foreign investors in the United States the platform to explore opportunities that exist in the property market in Ghana.

Some highlights of the program will include Safeway Estates and Edlorm Housing Limited who are the two main companies participating to have the opportunity to showcase their current projects to the outside world. Again, there will be an investor forum facilitated by the Business section of the Mission.

The Housing Show would afford State Housing Company and its partners the opportunity to unravel ongoing innovative housing projects in line with public sector housing.

In order for the State Housing Company to reach more people, it opened the National Housing Register in July 2013 and so far, the results has been impressive, with registration hitting 15,000 thereby indicating public confidence in the company as a referred housing provider.
