The Resolution for having a dedicated Mother’s Day in the United States was signed by President Woodrow Wilson on May 8, 1914.

In Ghana, they have supported students and healthcare centers over the years.

The celebrations itself was an amazing combination of cultural displays, awards to deserving members in the community and appeal for funds to support their activities.
