AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Marriott hotel airport shuttle bus to and from Pearson International Airport (Toronto-YYZ). Terminals 1 and 3. Pickup at the arrival Terminal 3 is from post C22. The shuttle bus also leaves from the ground level Terminal 1 post S5. Please check with the terminal information desk for directions to the shuttle bus pickup post areas.

BUFFALO NIAGARA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BNIA) OPTION: The Buffalo Niagara airport is two and a half hours away from Toronto by bus. There is a bus service from the airport to the downtown bus terminal in Toronto. Service is offered by Megabus and Greyhound. Visit http://us.megabus.com/ and http://www.greyhound.com/for schedules and fares. Please advise us at least one day in advance of your arrival time in Toronto from Buffalo (see contact list below) for pickup arrangements. The Greyhound bus stops at the Dixie Mall, Mississauga which is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Request this stop from the driver.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: On or before August 2, 2011 (the Cut-off Date).

CONVENTION PACKAGE: A flat Convention Fee of $140.00 CDN per person (Children 12 years and above and students $120.00 CDN). Children under 12 accompanying their parents to any catered event (excluding Saturday Banquet full charge) may be charged a nominal fee. Saturday, September 3rd: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM -- Banquet and dance

Sunday, September 4th: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM -- Non-Denominational Church Service.

Sunday, September 4th: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Picnic.
