In order to make a persuasive case of suicide, it should be established that the deceased's door was locked from the inside and the key should either be in the keyhole, or on the floor, inside her room. This could be a case of murder by someone, who wants to get away with murder, by shooting her and then planting a knife and a rope at the crime scene, to make it appear that the deceased contemplated hanging or stabbing herself, before deciding to shoot herself. It shouldn't be concluded right away that this is a case of suicide. All possibilities should be on the table.

If it was truly a suicide, the possible cause for her to fall into such a desperate action must be discovered. And that could well be from an overwhelming pressure from work, including her total dislike of the location she is working at, some uncomfortable amorous relationship, some financial difficulties, or other. It could also have been a murder staged to look like a suicide.
