We're not in his state of mind, and cannot speak for him. Nobody made those statements for him; he did.Why did he not show up in court to explain himself? You breach the law, the law comes after you. Being at the bar doesn't necessarily make you drunk. But refusing to show up in court puts in trouble. He needs to go to jail. He needed a lawyer, and witnesses to establish that he was drunk when he was making those statements. But already too late. Guilty for contempt of court, with mandatory jail time!!
