The problem has nothing to do with the cohabitation but the assault! And the Court thinks that the woman did not suffer enough? Ebei Oman Ghana! If only she had died, then hell will break loose! I hope the new woman is following the case! You are next! May the Good Lord have mercy on us. Amen

Heavy penalties would not work but the man to live and care now for the Children is the most inportant. If the man is to go to Prison for 10 years, who will keep the children for the 10 years? Does the Office or Minister for Gender, Women and Children or Ministry of Social Welfare pay at leat one Cedi for the many needy children on the Stree?
The Judge is only to see that the man now takes care of the children and according to his income. Some fathers have no work and no food. Should a judge send them to prison?
Heavy sentences give way to corruption.

the judge should have ordered him to pay a good amount of money monthly to cover the kids' feeding, clothing, health care in addition to the school fees. if he thinks he's rich to jump from woman to woman then the laws should teach him there's an animal call responsible parenting; unfortunately the judge failed all of us.
