I believe the judge, why do they refer to him as Your Worship anyway? This country is confused. The criminals should have been jailed for at least 5 years. They are fraudsters and 1 day in jail stinks to high heaven.

If you jail the idiots, the victim will not get his money back. So pay fine of 1,200 and refund. I think is ok. The victim must not lose his money

May be they have shown remorse and were ready to reimburse the victim of their crime. Sending them to prison would help the victim who was defrauded. Is better to restore the victim to his former state. We call restorative justice.
