Most certainly is. Police can't/won't catch real criminals so they create their own by use 'agents provocateurs'.

Even the thought of selling the toddler alone is criminal.if they hadn't discuss it with the woman and gone ahead to sell the boy straight ahead to a real dealer,they will have been successful.it serves them right. Next time ... read full comment
