Church members are going through tough times, and the greedy pastors don't have a clue at all. All what the pastors care about is offering, offering, offering and offering.
What the pastors know is give abundantly and God will bless you. Most pastors of this day don't know that Christians are already blessed because of the cross of Jesus Christ. There is nothing we can do to please God. Our salvation and our blessings depends on what Jesus Christ has already done for believers on the cross.
The bible say that gentiles and Jews share equally the promises of God blessings through Jesus Christ. That is the only sermons pastors, particulary the pentecostal churches know.
I hope this elder has given all his assets as offeringinstead of investingthem in a productive ventures. We are to give, but not as often as the church is demanding from its members. Because of numerous offering many christians are staying out from the church, and it is too bad.

The pastors, they need houses in their home town. One for his wife mother and the other one for his mother. He needs another house in Kumasi. Then another one in Accra. After that they want to drive in a big car.
The ionic thing is that most of them were taxi drivers. They got where they are through "whom you know practices" in the church. They can't even pray and fast. They eat like pigs.
Their interest is only in offering. The annoying thing is that their members are working in minimum wages type of jobs. They don't care if you have money to pay your rent or take care of your children. They are living good while church members are going through tough times.
Ghanaian christians respect their pastors to an extent that they can not say n'no' to these expliotation that is going on in most churches.
Greedy pastors have fed on this guy and they have finished him by letting him give all his money for offering,

Instead of looking @ the issue as u r all doing (ie; associating the cases to religion) view all of them as people with mental health issues and help create more awareness on mental illness. That is the way forward.
