Legally Prempeh is not at fault to defend himself if attacked by the much younger Yeboah in Prempeh's own room, although it's morally wrong for him to sleep with Yeboah's wife. He should not be charged with attempted murder even if it's proven he attacked first as long as his bedroom door was forced open by Yeboah.
