The police should have laid ambush with plian cloth cloth men than to collect the guns and expect the robbers to surface. In the 21st Century, crime has become sophiscated so the ought to learn to be on thier toes

They can't locate the owners because the police and guns owner are the same. No wonder they laid surveillance but could not nab anyone.

In this very case I suspect the same person might have also tipped THE ARMED ROBBERS NOT to show up for the heavy weapons.Thank GOD the guns are anyway in save hands.
