    what have kept the Government so long.
    Every Government work need that can of monitory and even do it better.
    you would see Mother Ghana won't need to borrow and more money from the so call develop country,I mean it.

    Such vigilance should be on the BIG men who cost Ghana billions thru thievery, corruption, ineptitude, and sheer greed. The Toll booth operators are but a drop in a vast ocean.

    all that is required are a monitoring camera powered by solar. that will quickly determine how many vehicles and what size go through a toll booth. from that you can figure out how much the collection was supposed to be per d ...

    TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND PROPER ACCOUNTABILITY FOR EXAMPLE ON THE MOTORWAY DRIVERS ENTERING PAY, PICK UP A RECEIPT AND TURN OVER THE RECEIPT AT THE OTHER END. TICKETS CAN THEN BE TALLIED AT THE END OF A SHIFT AT BOTH ENDS.

    Invest in EZ pass electronic toll collection system to eliminate stealing and reduce the "go slow" traffic caused by the present manned toll collection we currently have. W e can do much better.

    Most of the toll booth operators know where all the moneys they suffer to collect go to. That is why they have also devised means to steal some. Things are not the way they used to be. The honest ones are all dead and gone.
