Hello people what kind of society are you creating here? There are people who will go to Prison or fined for 600 Cedis for a common Cell Phone and there are government officials who mismanage government funds close to over 50 million dollars, and can walk free in the streets of Ghana . Think again, soon the Foreign Aids will stop to come in, there should be proper accountability for every single cent coming into the country. What a Shame ! What a bias judgement.

this is foolishness. can't the guy be made to do community service?? you are worsening the already overcrowded prisons. can't the judges use their common sense small?
