    IN WA,THE UPPER WEST REGIONAL CAPITAL,MOTORBIKE THEFT IS NOW AN HOURLY AFFAIR.THE QUESTION IS,WHY ARE GHANAIANS REFUSING NOW TO HAND OVER SUSPECTS TO THE POLICE.IT USED NOT TO BE SO IN THE PAST,SO WHAT HAS CHANGED.

    dan, it is due to the hardship in the country at the moment. if you are able to acquire something and somebody takes a second or two to take it away, i think you will not be happy about it. the police must be blamed too. they ...

    Some people will go and 'see' the police and two days after the crime, the culprit will be free and walking in the streets ready to steal another motro bike.
