    And when JJ Rawlngs was the cashier for Acct 47 he became an Ashanti before he stole the victims money.

    Fellow Ghanaians, this issue has nothing to do eith politics or tribe but dishonesty and thiefs. This problem has been with us since independence. Poplar with ECG, WATER RATES and thier likes.

    Ghana needs National Data Base for background CHECKS, bet, this guy will come out and secure a better job than this.
