    I do not think so!!!!
    The govt says they pay ghc20,000.00 to keep a prisoner for a year.
    so jailing those for 2convicts for 9 years each means a financial a cost to the tax payer of 180,000.00

    What an unfair punishment. At maximum jail them for 1 year or 2 to teach them a lesson not 9 years for 2,000 cedis theft.
