This is madness, unless of course the church authorities have intervened to secure the release of their priest.
The Judge is also wrong to accept the flimsy excuse by the AG's Department and should have ordered the case to go ahead for public interest. Women groups in Ghana should support the victim to appeal against the decision to discontinue the prosecution. It's disgraceful.

Why will she agreed to meet a pastor at a hotel on what grounds.Why would she wait for several days before informing her sister before going public? Even though what the pastor did was unacceptable for man on that position but let us not judge one side of the story there is always a dark side to a story.

I guess the judges and lawyers are now encouraging these untouchables to molest our kids the more. Is it because they are their church members or the Ghana LAWS are bogos.
