You are right. Prayers never work anywhere or anytime because there is no one up there listening. Chritianity appeals only to those who are ignorant, credulous and impressionable. It appeals only to those who have exchanged their self-respect and self-worth for meakness, slavishness and dependency. Chrisitanity appeals only to those who can read only one book forever.
If God exists, and is supposed to know all things even before they happen, why did he not intervene for the innocent passengers. And since he had an agent, a Pastor, on board, why did he not sent a message through him to avert the calamity. Rather, his agent was the only one that was killed. Why did God not even save his agent, the Pastor? And if God exists and loves his people, why did he not just smite the 7 armed robbers and save his beloved men and women on that highway?

The people of Canada, US, UK, Australia and Newzealand whose language you are writing would not understand what you mean by "0250 and 0355 hours". Ordinarily, they express time in "am" and "pm". Why can't you do the same be simple? And how many people in Ghana, even among the highly educated elite, understand what you are trying to say?
You are very clear in the first sentence of your material that the event occured "in the early hours of Monday". And that should have been sufficient. But if you feel that you must be more specific for whatever reason, why can't you simply say "between 2:50 and 3:50 am"? There are a couple of glaring punctuation errors in your write-up. Trying to polish your writing is better than trying to be show-offy and confusing.
