Our journalist can read or write proper English what should school children make of this. Growing up in GHana,my parents made me read the news papers and report to them on a daily basis .after finding words I didn't understand , I had to look in the dictionary before cross examined by my mum each day when she got home from work. If today's Children did this they will pick up phrases like 'imbecile' instead of suffering from mental illhealth ,or mental patient or mentally disabled, another

I have definitely read many reports on rape in Ghana but never once found the 'popular phrase' in any of those reports.
