    When I was a child the Ghana Police consisted mainly of alcoholics. Now they are also thieves which is not something new. No wonder, they are thieves as well as those leading the country.

    MAJORITY OF THESE POLICE THIEVES ARE PEOPLE MOSTLY LOYAL TO NDC. RAWLINGS CONSCRIPTED ALL THESE GARAGE VAGABONDS INTO THE ARMY AND THE POLICE FORCE DURING HIS ERA. AND ONCE A THIEF, ALWAYS A THIEF. THEY CAN'T JUST HELP IT.
