Some people intentionally and foolishly do bad things all in the name of being drunk thinking they will be set free. The law shouldn't have any mercy on them at all, they should be dealt with severely. Mr Allotey "due ne amanehunu". Rest in peace

The incidence took place in the deceased house and not a drinking spot. may danny's soul rest in the bosom of the lord

After reading/ the "news", I realised that the charge against the accused was wrong; and now it turns out that even the "news" was wrong. I wish though you guys had presented the true facts more fully.

Anyway, this is not a case of premeditated murder but rather involuntary manslaughter. That's killing by misadventure. I wonder why the Police keep on bringing these wrong charges against culprits, and risking the cases being thrown out of court.

The gas station manager, was clubbed on the back of his neck by who? And why the rest of the patrons escaped? Does the proscutor suspect any planned work?

the true story is not well narrated to the public.Daniel was rather a good Samaritan who is separating a quarrel and not in a drinking bar as narrated and met his untimely death.

It sounds more of a reckless homicide or manslaughter to me. This is a second-degree murder case. The prosecutor should amend the charge. It will be highly impossible for the prosecutor to prove pre-meditation.
