The Ghana way is what this guy did. People owe you money but they decide how much they want to pay and when they feel like paying you for work or services you have already provided to them, resulting into anger. This guy ceased and kept the processions of this complainant and refused to give them to him as a direct response to what this complainant did to him. I wish he had left it at that.
It serves the complaint right for his bodily pain HOWEVER... the convict should never have taken the law into his own hands. He should never have inflicted the physical harm on the complainant. THE CONVICT SHOULD RATHER HAVE REPORTED THE COMPLAINANT TO THE POLICE! For taking the law into his own hands he is guilty as charged but I will be a bit lenient on the sentence under the circumstance.

In cases like this is is best to leave the tax thing alone since it appears that the government does not even seem ot care about collecting taxes... when people are thinking about fooed to eat the last theing they think about is doing some small work and happying going to the government to give them part of the money that even people appear to refuse to pay. Government is useless in that regard so I eould leave the government alone... appearently the guy was not even paid in full so he can agurable say he had not been paid yet so the government has not business asking him for tax that he does not yet have. ALso the government has not filed a compaint here.
