when was the last time the ghanaian parliament debated or even brought issues relating to national security to the floor? and how many times this years has some parliamentarians been robbed at gun point in tema and elsewhere, no one cares. even the u.s deploys the military to assist the police in matters relating to national security and if we cant learn from this we can at least copy. the issue with africa is somebody who read agriculture in the university will be appointed minister of interior while somebody with strong military or criminology background will head the agric department. this are some of the reasons why everything is dysfunctional in africa, "ministerial cross breeding"
